Awesome video, fun to watch. I love this game and I hope it continues. Maybe if the math doesn’t work on home games they can at least play it every other year or something. Every UW class should get at least one home Apple cup
I find it wildly humorous how much ppl focus on coach's attire - be it DeBoer Casual or Fisch Hoody.
And some folks say CFB started to lose its way when networks/money/Larry Scott got involved, but I say it is when it became de rigueur to chant "F*** opposing team" vs actually chanting supportively FOR your own team.
It's not the expletive that is offensive. Nope, it's the complete and utter lack of imagination to come up with something more targeted to the opponent and specific moment.
The chant has exactly zero impact anymore it is so pedestrian and toothless. You'd think folks concerned with their "influencer" looks wouldn't want to be seen doing something so lame.
Did the Coog's students chant a bad word? How rude.
I had my own road trip this past weekend. Flew to Seattle on Saturday and met a HS/College friend at the Yardhouse for dinner and the Apple Cup/Mariners game with my family.
Then the same group went to the Hawks game on Sunday. Caught an 8pm flight home to LA and got to bed just after midnight. Much easier to do one live game in a weekend than two; like we did two weeks ago.
Luckily my family loves the PNW and my sports teams.
