Bernard is flat out an elite WR, he is big time. He will be a major factor for the offense this season barring injury. Boston is pretty darn good also, but I just think that Bernard is pretty special. If you saw video of him playing as a senior in high school in Las Vegas, he was amazing. He played a fair bit at RB - at least later on in the season - in his senior year, and he busted a number of long runs from scrimmage. He knows how to make guys miss and he has a great burst when he sees some open space.
