CHICAGO — Before Washington Huskies coach Jedd Fisch spoke on the big stage here at Big Ten Media Days, I caught up with him for about 20 minutes on the second floor of the Hilton Chicago.
In addition to providing an update on running back Jordan Washington, Fisch discussed the difference in Demond Williams Jr. this season vs. last, the competition at X receiver, becoming “more vulnerable” with his coaching style over the years and his thoughts on the reported retention pool for player compensation included in recent Protect College Sports Act negotiations.
