Christian, I usually agree with most of your takes but on this one you need to move that UW-Boise game into your top 10 and move someone out.....they are going to be a top 20 team and a tough first game for us. RD
Maybe so, but not in the preseason. And early betting lines have UW favored by more than two touchdowns. Boise State is no pushover, but it’s likely the only other game on the list with a more lopsided point spread will be TCU-Colorado, and the appeal of Deion’s opener on Big Noon Kickoff is hard to ignore.
I wonder if there are any sane Colorado fans right now who understand this is not at all a positive development that FOX is featuring them on national broadcasts back to back opening the season. The Buffs are going to get humiliated. TCU isn't going to take them lightly - this is their opener after being Cinderella in the CFP. They'll want to be up by 60 at halftime. And Nebraska? I can't imagine a program more hungry for a dominating win on national TV, a fan base more ready to believe again that maybe this time they have the right coach to return to glory. There is zero chance they're going to allow a Colorado team with more holes than a pan flute even keep that game close.
Leaving aside the peacock thing for a moment -- I'm celebrating the season opener having a 12:30 game start time, followed by a 2:00 p.m. start time the next week.
Some of my favorite things include sunny September Saturdays at Husky Stadium!
While I completely understand folks being pissed about our game with Michigan State on Peacock, I think there's a VERY BIG ulterior motive many are overlooking. This UW/MSU matchup is a pretty big game and what better way to evaluate plans to go to more streaming than to put a very good game on streaming and see the numbers? I believe this is more of a test run for NBC and the streaming college football/sports than it is a slap in the face.
So HOW can UW fans help? GET PEACOCK and watch the game!
Just looked at peacock to see what they have to make it worth getting. They had nothing. Guess it will be get the free week (if they have it) before the game. Though I hear nfl playoff games will be on it too. Ugghh.

Don't think they will be top 20 but should be a good game. Was a little surprised he didn't have it listed until the end.

Eventually we are going to need 15 different streaming services to watch a complete season....only half joking.
I have the same thought, along with the half-joking fear that this is exactly what the big media money types want.

Thanks for the heads up Peacock is no longer FOC on Comcast come close of June. That’s no good!
Christian, your humor went a little tooo far on the poppy cock streaming station . Half jokingly.
A little off-topic here:

Another informative and enjoyable article, which was made even better with pacific time zone times for the games.
Guess I’m not watching 2/3 UW non conference I can’t get on YouTube tv.
