I hope we keep Grubb, but, as others have said, this is DeBoer's offense. Presumably we could get a talented OC to replace Grubb. I'm pretty optimistic about Grubb's future as a head coach, by the way. He has a lot of down-to-earth charisma to go with those incredible play calling chops.
