SEATTLE — On a subject generally defined by obfuscation, Dylan Robinson was direct.
When does the Washington cornerback expect to be cleared for 11-on-11 participation, after spending training camp on the sideline thus far?
“Sunday,” he said with a slight grin, and there you have it.
Robinson has suited up for every practice, but has mostly worked out on the side as the Huskies have gone through team periods. There appears little concern internally, though, about his status.
“He’s on track,” secondary coach John Richardson said. “We’re looking forward to him ramping things up a little bit. It’s going to be fun.”
